At just 18, Adriano attended the Hollywood Musician Institute, quickly making waves as a standout guitarist and heavy metal producer. By his late 20s, he was creating TV soundtracks and commercial scores while attending the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, proving his talent wasn't limited to just one stage. Over the years, his passion for both worlds merged, leading to the birth of Buns N Roses—a place where music fuels the menu, and every bite hits the right note.
More than just a chef, Adriano is also a dedicated single father raising a 15-year-old daughter. His journey—balancing family, business, and creativity—brings a level of authenticity and heart to Buns N Roses that sets it apart from the rest.

After leading kitchens at LA landmarks like Yamashiro, I decided to blend my two biggest passions — music and food — into something completely original.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about my journey. I am an Executive Chef, caterer, and private chef with over 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Since graduating from culinary school in 1995, I have dedicated my career to fine dining, catering, and mastering both high-volume and intimate kitchen settings. My passion lies in crafting unforgettable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Driven by creativity and a love for bold flavors, I founded BUNS N ROSES —a concept I brought to life that is quickly earning a reputation for the BEST HAMBURGERS IN TOWN. My signature creations, including "To Rib and Die in LA "and "Beefty Boys", feature 16 gourmet burgers inspired by legendary Hip Hop and Rock artists. To elevate the experience, I've also introduced Signature Themed Cocktails. Smells Like Tequila Spirit and Whiskey a Go-Go. Beyond the flavors, Buns N Roses is about the full experience. At just 29 years old, Adriano had been making a name for himself a a talented rock/heavy metal guitarist and producer. His band was discovered the old-fashioned way - with a knock on the rehearsal door from Capitol Records, who offered them a record deal. Adriano's musical talents don't stop there - he's also written theme songs for TV networks like Speed, MTV, and The Food Network, and had his music featured in films. And even as his culinary empire has grown, Adriano continues to write and produce new music, with his 4th album in the works as of 2025. This chef—rockstar is truly a force to be reckoned with!

The bus is the core of our brand — a mobile, high-impact flagship that brings our food and culture directly to customers at festivals, street markets, and private events. It’s where the energy lives, and where we believe the most growth and visibility will come from.
It’s a full-on sensory experience built around Wagyu burgers, house-made everything, and a rock & hip-hop atmosphere that hits like a headliner. Our signature burgers include The Beefty Boys, AC/DCheese, and Bunnin With The Devil, with handcrafted sauces and attention to every detail.
To support the bus and scale operations, we’ll also launch a brick-and-mortar flagship location — a full-service restaurant that acts as our production hub, test kitchen, and home base. It will help us ensure consistency and give our local fans a place to experience the brand off the road.

Chef Adriano is specific with the interior layout and will work on the kitchen specifications and equipment for operational flow. This refers to all the foot traffic in the restaurant, including where deliveries are picked up, how our chefs move around the kitchen area, where servers pick up orders, and more.
A well-designed floor plan can properly direct this foot traffic to prevent bottlenecks or overcrowding all amounting to faster production and deliveries.
